Clients are responsible for ensuring the home is clean, staged, and ready before the scheduled appointment. Additional fees may apply if significant delays or return visits are required.

Payment is due according to the invoice or service agreement unless other arrangements have been made.
Additional services requested after booking may result in additional charges.
Drone operations depend on safe weather conditions and FAA regulations.
If weather or safety conditions prevent flight, aerial photography may be rescheduled. Ground photography may still be completed when conditions allow.
All photographs, videos, and digital media created by Flying Tigers Aerial Services, LLC remain the copyrighted property of Flying Tigers Aerial Services, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes related to the photographed listing or business.
Images may not be resold, transferred, or used by third parties without written permission.
Flying Tigers Aerial Services, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, FAA restrictions, equipment failure, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.
